Help, and the rules we never break
People who just lost an account are the main target of fake “recovery experts”. Anything with our name on it can be copied, so here is exactly what we do and never do.
Our trust rules
- We never ask for your password, verification codes, backup codes or ID documents.
- We never charge. There is no paid tier and no "premium recovery".
- We never message you first, and we never help over WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram DMs or phone calls.
- We only email from @guptadeepak.com, and only after you write to us.
- We cannot get into any account for you. Only the platform can restore access.
- Anyone claiming to be Locked Out on social media is not us. Report them.
How to get help
1. Self-serve, right now
The “What happened?” wizard routes you to the recovery page for your exact situation, with the official link at the top. Most people need nothing else.
2. Ask Locked Out (opening later)
A guidance-only request form is planned. It will reply by email from an @guptadeepak.com address, only after you write to us, and it will refuse anything that looks like a password or code. Until it opens, there is no Locked Out help channel anywhere, so anyone offering one is not us.
3. Official escalation
If you lost money or are being threatened, report it to your country's cybercrime service. Every recovery page lists them under “Report it”, and The Scam Atlas has the full list by country.
Spotting a fake helper
- They contacted you first, in a DM, a comment, or a reply to your post.
- They ask for a code, your password, your ID, or remote access to your phone.
- They want payment, often in crypto or gift cards, “up front” or “after”.
- They found you through a search ad or a phone number listed as “support”.
