A complete, free Security+ course you can listen to in order. Dr. Jason Edwards of Bare Metal Cyber narrates short lessons, each labeled with its exam objective, with no guests, no banter and no ads. As of September 2026 the feed targets SY0-801: 118 new lessons were published on 2026-07-15, but the 222 SY0-701 lessons from June 2025 are still in the same feed, so check the objective numbers before you queue anything. SY0-801 launches on 2026-11-17 and SY0-701 retires on 2027-06-11, so candidates testing before then may still want the older set. For a student, it is the easiest way to get repetition on definitions while walking or driving. The limitation is the format: scripted lectures with no practice questions in the audio and little real-world texture. Pair it with a practice-test bank.
