Render's startup program has five tiers (credits valid 1 year from approval): Base (any startup, various benefits), Build ($5K via registered accelerator/VC), Scale <$1M funding ($10K), Scale $1M+ ($25K), and Scale AI $2.5M+ ($100K for AI/compute-intensive). Migrating from Heroku? Up to $10K in credits via the migration offer. Stateful by default (persistent processes, not just serverless), AI-ready patterns, faster to ship than AWS without DevOps.
