Google Cloud's startup program offers credits on a graduated tier system. The Scale tier covers Year 1 at up to $100K (100% of eligible spend) and Year 2 at 20% coverage up to $100K. The AI-specific Scale Tier boosts that to $350K total plus $12K Enhanced Support credits. Web3 tiers also exist.
