Editorial take
Be clear about what this is: a daily national security law and policy show, not a cybersecurity podcast. Most episodes cover courts, the executive branch, intelligence, wars and foreign policy. It earns a place here because when Lawfare does cyber, it is unusually rigorous: Volt Typhoon and the law of critical infrastructure intrusions, the SEC's case against SolarWinds and its CISO, Rob Joyce from NSA, and book-length treatments of ransomware as a national security problem. Hosts rotate across Lawfare's editors and fellows, episodes run 35 to 60 minutes with some 90 minute court roundups, and the feed also carries the weekly Rational Security panel and weekend archive replays. Use it selectively: search the archive for cyber episodes rather than subscribing to everything.
