About

There is no Highlight startup program anymore. highlight.io/startups returns a permanent redirect to the LaunchDarkly homepage, which has no startup program of its own.

Highlight.io was acquired by LaunchDarkly, and the product was folded in rather than kept as a separate offering. LaunchDarkly's pricing page lists annual-billing, nonprofit, academic, and open-source discounts, but nothing for startups.

The six to twelve months free for companies under $2M raised that this page used to describe was real before the acquisition. It has no successor.

Frequently asked about Highlight.io for Startups

Is Highlight.io for Startups still available?

Highlight.io was acquired by LaunchDarkly and the startup program did not survive. highlight.io/startups now redirects to the LaunchDarkly homepage, and LaunchDarkly has no startup program. Checked September 13, 2026.

What should startups use instead of Highlight.io for Startups?

The closest live options are sentry-startups, posthog-startups, datadog-startups. Each one is listed with its current terms and application link on this page.

Why is this page still published if the program ended?

Because founders still search for it. Removing the page would send them to third-party sites that are still republishing the old terms as if they were current. Keeping it, with the offer stripped out, is the only way to correct the record at the place people actually look.

How can I tell whether a startup credit program is still live?

Open the provider's own startup or partner page and look for a working application form with stated eligibility and credit amounts. Aggregator sites routinely keep listings up for years after a program ends, so a deal roundup is not evidence that the program exists.
