About

Customer.io gives eligible startups up to 12 months in its Startup Program, including up to 30,000 customer profiles at no cost. Profiles beyond 30,000 are billed at $0.007 per additional profile.

Your business must have raised less than $10 million in total funding, your contact lists must be obtained through standard methods and not purchased, and you must be a new customer. No referral or accelerator is required.

After you apply, you create a Customer.io trial account with the same email address. The 14-day trial starts immediately, and approved benefits begin automatically after it ends.
